Crazy Class

Hi there. You have found the homepage of Crazy Class. There are lots of crazy classes in schools around the world and a number of them have made it to the web. This site is about my teaching experiences in secondary schools in England.

I want this site to give an insight into a typical teacher’s life working in secondary schools in the U.K. Crazy class is like an insiders guide to teaching. Warts and all!

I would like to make a resource for those already in the profession and for those considering getting into teaching via a PGCE. Hopefully, it can become an unofficial manual on the reading lists of all teachers’ training establishments.

I hope this site provides something for everyone interested in teaching and education. For some, reading about the teacher’s life might be enough to put them off training in the first place. For others, the insight into teaching in a U.K. secondary school might make the difference between a good and bad day. I hope that other teachers and PGCE students will contact me and contribute to these pages. We all have so much to offer each other.
